The Women and Leadership Conference has a 3-phased approach:

Phase 1: Prepare

Assessments are the cornerstone of our approach, providing insights into your strengths and opportunities. The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) Assessment will be used in the WAL.

  • Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)

Phase 2: Engage

Women and Leadership: Working Through Barriers and Biases is 2-day, experiential conference for women leaders designed to identifies the specific challenges imposed on women in the workplace and provides an in-depth look at how they can combat these obstacles to maximize their strengths.

Phase 3: Apply

Each participant receives a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session with a certified Hogan Coach to debrief the HPI and create an individual action plan (IDP).


Pre-Conference Leadership Assessment

Each participant completes the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI).

  • The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) is a measure of normal personality.
  • HPI is designed to assess personal qualities that promote success in work, in relationships and in life.
